Louisiana State Police Issue Silver Alert for Missing Port Allen Man

Port Allen police are asking the public to help locate a 79-year-old man who went missing from his Maryland Avenue home Saturday night.

Johnny Johnson was reported missing from the 1200 block of Maryland Avenue at approximately 9:04 p.m. Saturday. Louisiana State Police received a request to issue a Silver Alert at 10:32 p.m.

Johnson is described as a Black male, 5-foot-11, approximately 214 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. Family members report he has a medical condition that may impair his judgment.

He is believed to be driving a charcoal 2015 Chrysler 300 bearing Louisiana license plate DV 12803.
